Happy Wednesday fellow bookworms! Another Wednesday means another WWW Wednesday (my favorite post of the week!), which is a meme sponsored by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. To take part, you just have to answer the following questions:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you will read next?
Currently Reading
- Artemis by Andy Weir – My husband has been trying to get me to read this books for months. He absolutely loves it, so I finally caved. I’m definitely LOVING this book. You have a POC main character who is independent and doesn’t take anyone’s sh*t. I am here for this! I’m just finishing this one, so my review will be up soon.
- Under Her Cursed Scythe by J.M. Wong (eARC) – I’m only about 20% into this one, so I’m still working out what exactly is going on (not in a bad way!). I’m loving the supernatural creatures and the suspense that has already built, so we shall see how this goes.
- One? by Jennifer L. Cahill – Just starting this one today, but I am super excited for this retro contemporary fiction (it takes place in the early 2000s), which is set in London (I studied abroad in London in 2006 so really excited to see the city from that time point again!).
Recently Finished
- Meet Cute by Helena Hunting – 5 stars. I’m a huge sucker for the enemies to lovers trope, which this technically is. I loved Kailyn and Dax’s story. I definitely thought this was merely a rom-com, but there’s so much more to this story. I can’t recommend this enough! Here’s my review.
- Amelia Westlake Was Never Here by Erin Gough – 4 stars. This was such a great story where Harriet and Wilhemina (Will) of the elite Rosemeade school team up to finally expose the sexual harassment and discrimination of their school by creating a fake student, Amelia Westlake, to cause all sorts of problems. Here’s my review.
- Catch Your Death by Kierney Scott – 4 stars. What an absolute page turner. From start to finish, I couldn’t get enough of Special Agent Jess Bishop’s quest to catch a serial killer who’s convincing teenagers to commit suicide…or so we think. My review will be up later this week as part of the blog tour.
Up Next to Read
- The Family Lie by Jake Cross
- Everlasting by J.C. Horton
- The Bride Test by Helen Hoang
Have you read any of these books? Are any of these on your TBR? Also, please leave your WWW Wednesday links in the comments.
Juggling three books at once?! You need to tell me your secret because I can barely handle two at a time 😂

I really liked it. It’s a face paced sci-fi adventure that’s really witty. If you like space stories then you’d probably like it.
