WWW Wednesday: 21 August 2019

Hey book friends! I am back for another WWW Wednesday post. Just as a reminder WWW Wednesday is a meme sponsored by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. To take part, you just have to answer the following questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you will read next?

Currently Reading

  • Perfect Stranger by Jake Cross – running a bit behind on this one for my blog tour, but so far I am enjoying all of the secrets. Can’t wait to see what happens next.
  • The Book Charmer by Karen Hawkins – I am loving this book! A woman who can hear the whispers and desires of books?! Yes please!
  • The Ventriloquists by E.R. Ramzipoor – This book reminds me so much of Inglourious Basterds, and I am loving it. This rag tag team is utterly ridiculous and the plot to usurp the Nazis’ own paper…can’t wait to see how this plays out.
  • Gemina by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff –

Recently Finished Reading

  • Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling (audiobook) – 5 stars. DUH. This book was incredible. The movie got this one all wrong.
  • The Night Caller by J.M. Hewitt (eARC) – 3.5 stars. This debut crime thriller was definitely a great page turner that kept me guessing. Here is my review.

Up Next to Read

Have you read any of these? Are any of these on your TBR? Let’s discuss! Also, please leave your WWW Wednesday links in the comments.

  1. The Ventriloquists sounds so good! Glad to hear you’re enjoying it and can’t wait to hear your thoughts in the end 😊 I LOVED Gemina (the whole series is just so freaking good), so I hope you’re enjoying that too. Happy reading!
